From June 25 to 29 the premiere of Four Souls and One Vesna, a new play by Jaroslav Dušek, where Vesna will appear along with Jaroslav Dušek himself and with four actresses: Nataša Burger, Iveta Dušková, Jitka Sedláčková and Ivana Uhlířová. Tickets already on sale, more info here.

In December 2005 Vesna started a series of solo recitals in small Czech towns - this time without her band - just her and harmonica. You can hear some of her new songs there as well as songs from her theater projects and her versions of folk songs from the shores of faraway seas. Recently Vesna composed music for the theatre play Tonka Šibenice in Divadlo v Řeznické (dir. Jaroslav Dušek). The premiere was held just before Christmas, now the play is on stage twice a month. Not to miss. Be sure to book the tickets in advance - the venue is too small!
